1. Pest inspection came back clean. No nasties trying to destroy soon-to-be my house.
2. I have the home inspection in my hands and need to read through it. Realtor said it went VERY smoothly.
3. Went by house tonight after wr0k and started sketching out the floorplan and we found the actual floorplans in a drawer (yay for playing with floorplans).
4. Home appraisal due back "any time now".
