Abraham doesnt have much to say about the matter. He's not a FA. Its a trade and peeps get traded to teams they dont want to go to all the time.
He's made it known he wants to go to Atlanta. The Jets could give a rat's ass about that, tho. They want the highest compensation for him.
Now its being rumored that you'll give up the second round pick and Duckett. Jets appear not to be interested in Duckett but instead keep saying they want your first rounder.
Contrary to what I thought, the Jets are still saying they want Leinart and want to trade up to second pick overall to take him. They are worried that Tenn would take him and then they would be stuck with Cutler or Vince. So they want another 1st round pick as leverage to work the trade.
If you guys give up your first rounder, the deal would be done today. But I think thats too much to pay. And Seattle is offering up their 1st rounder (even tho it is second to last pick in the first round.) They just dont know if they can afford his contract because of this whole Hutchinson/Vikings offer sheet thing that gets heard tomorrow.
