they just can't suspend him and tell him to fuck off unless they drop his contract...
they COULD keep him on the roster and not suit him up for games, but if they do that, they still have to let him have access to the locker room and facilities... and still have to pay his benefits and shizz

i saw a post below that the 'boys are stuck with him by new CBA and can't shelve him... and i just wanted to clarify that while they can't do that, they have other options...
but yeah, jj gave him mad bank to try and avoid all that. so a blow up wouldn't be over contract, we hope, but prolly over other crap :P
but, here's to hoping fer the best, since he's there already. i still hope they can get keyshawn back as a possession-3rd down receiver... but ain't no way he's gonna do that fer the pay/ego-cut he'd have to take to play alongside t.o. :P
i'll miss his sure hands.
