sooooo, I got some mail from my bank today... it was labeled to the guy who used to own the house (3 years ago now) at my address...

...and I've never seen anything from my bank to him before. its not totally impossible for him to have a nasa credit union account, but I find it highly unlikely.

So I'm going to call them tomorrow and ask to speak to someone about suspected fraud.

they start by getting public records of previous addresses and then having apps sent there. then they either intercept the apps or use someone on the inside (i think) to get the card activated without the paperwork
