We went out to eat Thursday. Our bill was about 40 dollars. Hard to tell, sinc when I gave the waitress my card, she came back 10 minutes later saying their computers were running slow, tossed my card at me, said they'd comp it, and walked off. Didn't even let me ask questions or anything. I'd also given her a $25 gift card to pay for part of the meal. Never got that back. We left her $8 on the table.

Today I look and my online banking has a charge for $23 and some change. Nwo I have to go back there, ask for a fucking receipt and why I was charged for a comp meal anyhow.

if it's less than $20 i think they dont need a signature

and sometiems people will give their card but then forget to sign the paper. in those cases, i believe they have a right to charge you
