believe it or not seagulls at my cottage figured out to catch them and clams and fly way up high and drop em onto our poured concrete dock, so they would shatter open.

i really cant explain what its like having a crayfish land on your stomache while sunbathing lol.

amazing to because most of the docks were seasonal wood ones, and that simply wouldnt work for the seagulsl trick. so either seagulls learned how to tell the difference between wood and concrete docks or there are a lot of frustrated seagulls landing on wooden docks all the time.
