i dont have the google toolbar installed. i was just clarifying that on "google" (the site) there is a button because people seemed to not know what that was about.

then they're all waaaah there is no "im feeling lucky" and it turns out when people say "google" they think everyone is referring to this fruity toolbar. how are we supposed to know that? and then it turns out they were wrong from teh beginning. here i am trying to explain what this button is to complete retards who dont seem to know their ass from a hole in the ground and it turns out that they have the i'm feeling lucky button all along. if they could have jsut fucking learned about their toolbar before opening their stupid mouths about it to begin with it would have saved everybody a lot of time and grief just trying to be helpful. i mean jesus. is it just me?

so i cant be having all of this extra crap on it. otherwise people at my company have to spend days of their lives photoshopping out google toolbars, weird buttons, etc., from hundreds of screenshots.

when i need to do a search it only takes one extra click. click "home" and google pops up with my personalized google page and most of my normal resources/destinations right there. and if i need to do a search i just start typing after i click Home.

it's a lot easier and you dont have to worry about the vertical space taken up by unnecessary tool bars. over time that requires more scrolling to see a typical page, and that leads to repetitive stress injuries.

efficiency and common sense.

and whats worse is dell is sending out machines with not only the shitty toolbar but the damn google desktop crap, too.

but it pisses me off when a new machine is loaded with a bunch of unnecessary garbage. If they want to load it up with Weatherbug and the other resource hogging crap...thats on them. lol it inevitably just creates more billable hours later down the line.
