3 racks of ribs over apple wood (2 dry 1 wet), bbq chicken quarters, jerk chicken quarters, and peppercr0n and bleu cheese ny strips. cr0n on the cob on teh grill. tomato/mozz salad. baked macaroni and 5 cheeses. and fresh bread with an olive oil dipping sauce.
