Well .. I went to the doctor, again. And I'm going to start treatment for my back this time.

I'm not looking forward to this, but I sure hope it helps. If these don't work, the next option for me is back surgery. I really really really really hope these shots work.

I had back surgery (spinal fusion) when I was 19. Overall it was a good move to make for me. I still have some trouble, but nothing like I had prior to the surgery.

I tried everything before hand too... physical therapy, acupuncture, exercise/stretching in general...my lower back was just shot.

Try and do as much as you can to strengthen your back muscles, walking is the best, stretching... etc.
